I will admit we have moved a lot! Brad says it is in my blood. Well, this last move was out Brad and I's control. Boy, was I devastated when we received the letter that we had to be out of the house within 90 days. My closest friends new how this move has affected me. We have been made fun of for moving so much. We were trying to build a house...told we were approved, put $ down...to be told a couple months later you need to wait 12 months for your credit to be a little better. I honestly could not understand what the heck was going on. We tried to fight Wells Fargo lawyers about moving. The owner stopped paying the rent months before and was receiving a lot of mail, although, didn't think to much into it. There are "Renters Rights" in Texas BUT Wells Fargo is a big bank with a lot of $ and can basically do whatever they want. We started looking for a place but wanted to stay the 90 days because we didn't have to pay a penny.
Looked at places with no luck. We were always second or third in putting an application. Plus, there were no houses on the southeast side!?! Turns out the Oil Field Company's are renting everything around here and the rent is up!
So...3 months later here we are. Living in which use to be base housing on Brooks AFB. On the infamous Officers Circle. I absolutely love older homes! 4 bedroom, 2 bath, nice space and very comfortable. Just big enough for our family. Although, we are paying A LOT I love the area.
I will not allow the hateful people that ridicule us for moving so much affect me.
AND to my surprise I didn't gain any weight this weekend!
