Yes, I have decided to lose weight the right way! In 2011, I stopped eating and lost weight. Well, I love food to much to do that again. Stress was another factor and I didn't want to eat.
So, I have been using a great (awful) app to see how many calories I am eating! Curse you "Shape Up" App!! Yeah I know why I don't lose weight! I have gone over my calories most days since Sunday but not too much. Oh how I love sweet tea! But I also like to eat real good. Choose sweet tea or steak? I choose steak. SMH!!
I'm going to be real about this and post a picture of my scale daily!
Enjoy seeing how over weight I am! :)
